K&L Gates Adds Nashville Corporate Partner Lane in Firm Return

Josh Lane rejoined K&L Gates as a partner in its corporate practice in Nashville, the firm announced Wednesday.

Lane returns to the firm from Prolific, a consulting and capital company, where he was senior vice president and general counsel. He previously was a corporate partner in the firm’s Irvine, Calif., office.

Lane’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, family offices, private equity, and venture capital. He represents clients across diverse industries such as pharma, biotech, healthtech, fintech and finserv, and real estate, the firm said.
