K&L Gates Adds Eva Weiler as Litigation Partner From Shook

Eva Weiler joined K&L Gates as a partner in its litigation and dispute resolution practice in Orange County, Calif., the firm announced Tuesday.

Weiler focuses her practice on defending corporations in science-driven class actions, mass torts, and individual matters. She serves as the lead in-court lawyer in complex coordinated proceedings, manages large numbers of cases, and handles science presentations, bellwether-case selection arguments, document production disputes, and jurisdictional challenges, the firm said.

She joins from Shook Hardy & Bacon.
