Eusapia Simone joined K&L Gates as a partner in its asset management and investment funds practice in Milan, the firm announced Thursday.

Simone’s practice focuses on fund formation and investment management across various asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, and credits. She assists fund managers and institutional investors with fund structuring, authorization procedures, and special transactions, the firm said.
