Andrea Spellerberg joined K&L Gates as a partner in its finance practice in Munich, the firm announced Wednesday.
Spellerberg advises financial institutions, funds, and investors in international and domestic finance and restructuring transactions, the firm said.
She joins from Norton Rose Fulbright.
