Justice Department Fraud Prosecutor Kahn Jumps to Davis Polk

Prominent fraud and foreign bribery prosecutor Daniel Kahn is leaving the Justice Department to rejoin Davis Polk & Wardwell as a partner.

Kahn built significant bribery cases against Brazilian construction conglomerate Odebrecht SA and French energy company Alstom SA in recent years. He departs after serving as acting Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the department’s Criminal Division.
