Former US District Court judge Shira Scheindlin has left Stroock & Stroock & Lavan to join Boies Schiller Flexner in New York.
Scheindlin officially joins Boies Schiller on Oct. 2 as of counsel. She is also just the latest in a long list of departures from Stroock, which just last week announced it was in merger talks with Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
