Hacking allegations an aviation executive brought against Dechert and alleged co-conspirators fail to establish racketeering claims and should be dismissed, a US magistrate judge said.
The executive, Farhad Azima, failed to establish the necessary conditions to make a claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, known as RICO, Magistrate Judge Jennifer Willis said in a non-binding opinion in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
