Judge Robert Grossman rejoined Duane Morris as of counsel in its business reorganization and financial restructuring practice group in New York City, the firm announced Monday.
Grossman served as a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge for the Eastern District of New York from 2008 until his retirement in June 2025. He oversaw more than 150 decisions and regularly clarified bankruptcy code for major financial institutions, determining complex matters that impacted thousands of account holders and companies across various industries, the firm said.
