An outside funder is backing a slew of cases accusing data brokers of violating a New Jersey law protecting the privacy of judges and law enforcement officers.
Parabellum Capital has invested in suits by Atlas Data Privacy Corporation, lawyers for the company told a federal judge Thursday. Atlas provides data removal services for celebrities, law enforcement officers, and public figures.
