Judge Asks Czech Ministry for Access to Ex-SolarWinds Tech (1)

A New York judge is sending a letter on behalf of the the Securities and Exchange Commission to the Czech Republic, seeking help deposing a former SolarWinds Corp. engineer who warned his ex-employer of security vulnerabilities before Russian hackers in 2019 breached the company’s network.

Judge Paul A.
