JPMorgan Sued Over ‘Systemic’ Race Bias, Sham DEI Practices

JPMorgan Chase & Co. was hit with a proposed class action by a job applicant alleging the banking giant has engaged in a “systemic pattern” of race bias against African Americans and that its DEI practices have been “merely performative.”
