Jones Walker Recruits Daniel Harrell for Pensacola Labor Group

Daniel Harrell joined Jones Walker as a partner in its labor and employment practice group in Pensacola, Fla., the firm said Wednesday.

Harrell advises employers on a wide range of labor and employment issues, including workplace policies, employee discipline and termination, wage and hour compliance, and the enforcement of noncompete and other restrictive covenant agreements. He provides regular preventive counseling to employers and has significant trial experience when disputes arise, the firm said.

Harrell joined from Clark Partington Hart, according to his LinkedIn profile.
