Matt Maranges joined Jones Walker as a partner in its litigation practice group in Miami, the firm announced Tuesday.
Maranges focuses on helping clients identify and manage construction-related risks, with an emphasis on dispute avoidance and litigation. His practice encompasses sophisticated construction disputes, construction transactions, and related commercial matters, the firm said.
Nicole Grimal Helmstetter also joined as special counsel.
