Jones Walker Adds Christa Ketchum as Tax Credit Special Counsel

Christa Ketchum joined Jones Walker as special counsel in its tax practice group and tax credit finance team in Birmingham, Ala., the firm announced Thursday.

Ketchum advises on complex federal and state tax incentives and tax credits, including low-income housing tax credit programs. She represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including investors, developers, landlords, and borrowers on large-scale development projects, the firm said.
