Jones Day Recruits Three New Partners to Corporate Practice

Rodney Moore, Samuel Peca, and Scott Delaney joined Jones Day as partners in its corporate practice in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

The three represent and advise public and private companies, private equity firms, and corporate management teams in transactions and other corporate matters, with a focus in the energy and infrastructure space, the firm said.

They advise clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and other commercial transactions across the energy spectrum, including in the traditional upstream and midstream sectors as well as in the evolving transition energy sectors, such as hydrogen, renewable fuels, and carbon capture. ...
