Jones Day Lands Fink as a Partner in Financial Markets Practice

Kevin Fink has joined Jones Day as a partner with its financial markets practice in the firm’s Los Angeles and Irvine, California offices, the firm said Tuesday.

Fink represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies, hedge funds, commercial banks, and other financial institutions, and advises on high-stakes acquisition-related financings and leveraged buyouts, asset-based credit facilities, senior and subordinated credit facilities, recapitalizations, and cross-border financings, according to the firm.

He has worked with clients in retail, manufacturing and distribution, technology, transportation, oil and gas, and aerospace, the firm said.
