Jones Day Hires Sage Revell as Corporate Partner in London

Sage Revell joined Jones Day as a partner in its corporate practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Revell advises on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the life sciences and technology sectors. She represents companies throughout their entire life cycle, as well as investors who support those companies, the firm said.
