Pim van Leersum joined Jones Day as a partner in its financial markets practice in Amsterdam, the firm announced Tuesday.
Van Leersum advises clients on corporate finance, restructuring and capital markets matters with a focus on leveraged or complex transactions, the firm said.
He counsels borrowers and lenders on strategic finance and treasury requirements, acquisition finance, project finance, and real estate finance projects and restructurings.
