Jones Day Hires Energy Duo Davies, McNabb as Partners in London

Michelle Davies and Rob McNabb joined Jones Day as partners in its energy practice in London, the firm announced Tuesday.

Davies focuses on M&A across the energy sector and advises clients on energy transition and sustainability strategy. She represents institutional capital, infrastructure funds, global developers, utilities, and corporate entities looking to decarbonize or secure alternative energy solutions across all clean energy asset classes, the firm said.

McNabb is an engineering, procurement, and construction lawyer who focuses on the construction of energy and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally, the firm said.
