Conrad Steele joined Jones Day as a partner in its real estate practice in Dallas, the firm announced Wednesday.
Steele negotiates in joint ventures, construction, and stabilized asset financings, and the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, the firm said.
He serves as a lead negotiator and drafter of all aspects of complex real estate transactions, and has worked on acquisitions of distressed hospitality loan portfolios, single-family housing portfolios, self-storage portfolios, and life sciences properties.
