Matthew Martel and Joseph Sconyers joined Morgan Lewis as partners in its Boston office, the firm announced Thursday.
Martel represents global financial institutions in state and federal litigation, government investigations and enforcement actions, and bankruptcy and restructuring matters, according to the firm. Sconyers advises financial institutions in high-risk matters arising from US and European structured finance transactions.
They join from Jones Day.
