Dennis Coghlan has joined Jones Day as a partner in the real estate practice in Chicago, the firm said Monday.
Coghlan has experience working on commercial real estate and structured finance transactions on behalf of commercial banks, investment banks, REITs, and insurance companies, according to Jones Day.
He has led deal teams on acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, construction and permanent loans, mezzanine loans, restructurings, and remedies enforcement, said the firm.
