Carine Mou Si Yan has joined Jones Day as a partner in the financial markets practice in Paris, the firm said Wednesday.
Mou Si Yan advises clients on cross-border and French finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors, according to Jones Day.
At Jones Day, she will assist French and international clients with all aspects of corporate transactions, said the firm.
