Jones Day Adds Katherine Blair as a Financial Markets Partner

Katherine Blair has joined Jones Day as a partner in its financial markets practice in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.

Blair has almost three decades of experience counseling clients on corporate, securities, finance, venture capital, initial public offerings, and M&A matters, according to Jones Day.

She works with public and private companies, entrepreneurs, boards of directors, investment banks and investors on a range of transactions, including private offerings, and secondary, registered-direct, at-the-market, PIPE and Reg A+ offerings, the firm said.
