James Caserio has joined Jones Day as a partner in the real estate practice in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Caserio advises clients on commercial real estate transactions, real estate finance, joint ventures, development projects, loan restructurings, and workouts, according to Jones Day.
He represents institutional investors, public and private real estate companies, REITs, developers, retailers, hedge funds, other investment funds, and financial institutions, Jones Day said.
