Matthew Jones has joined Jones Day as a partner with the financial markets practice in Houston, the firm said Tuesday.
Jones advises clients in the oil and gas and other commodity industries and represents public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors, and lenders in complex financing transactions, according to Jones Day.
He also advises clients while they navigate forbearance, workout, and bankruptcy matters, Jones Day said.
