Faisal Delawalla has joined Jones Day as a partner in its corporate practice in Chicago, the law firm said Wednesday.
At Jones Day, Delawalla will advise corporations and private equity sponsors on transactions and other corporate matters. He joins the firm from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
Delwalla has experience representing both strategic and financial buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance, according to Jones Day.
