Jones Day Adds Business Restructuring, Reorganization Partner

Gary Kaplan has joined Jones Day as a partner in the business restructuring and reorganization practice in New York, the firm said Tuesday.

Kaplan represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and institutional clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, Jones Day said.

He is an adviser to corporations and investment firms in regard to real estate, restructuring of banks, and institutional and trade debt, according to the firm.
