Jennifer Nackley rejoined Quarles & Brady as a partner in its Naples, Fla. office, the firm announced.
Nackley counsels multigenerational families on estate planning and the transition of wealth, while minimizing estate, gift and generation-skipping taxes. She also advises on advanced charitable planning, including the creation of private family foundations, postmortem estate planning and the administration of substantial estates, and advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputed matters, the firm said.
Nackley was most recently at Wilson & Johnson, according to her LinkedIn profile.
