The American Bar Association has chosen a Trump-targeted firm to defend it against a lawsuit from a group directed by affirmative action foe Edward Blum.
The ABA tapped lawyers at Jenner & Block, including partner Joseph Torres and associate Katherine Funderburg, for its defense in a suit over a scholarship for racial and ethnic minorities, according to Tuesday court filings.
