Jenner & Block Hires Harris Kay in Financial Litigation Practice

Harris Kay joined Jenner & Block in its financial litigation practice in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Harris assists members of the securities and derivatives industries in navigating statutory and regulatory frameworks, with a specialization in derivatives market litigation and regulatory counseling, the firm said.

He also represents futures and derivatives industry clients in regulatory inquiries, investigations, and enforcement proceedings before the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, National Futures Association, and various exchanges.
