Carolyn Small has joined Jenner & Block as a special counsel with the investigations, compliance, and defense practice in Los Angeles, the firm Tuesday.
Small formerly served as an assistant US attorney in the major frauds section of the criminal division in the Central District of California, according to Jenner & Block.
She was a part of the corporate and securities fraud strike force, Jenner & Block said.
She also clerked with Judge Sandra S. Ikuta of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, according to the firm.
