Michael Vernick joined Jenner & Block as a partner in its Washington, DC office, the firm announced Tuesday.
Vernick advises universities, research institutions, and academic medical centers on federal grant regulations and False Claims Act investigations. He guides clients through the legal and regulatory framework for scientific research funding, internationally sponsored projects, and disclosure enforcement, the firm said.
He joins from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, according to his LinkedIn profile.
