Stephanie Sebor has joined Jenner & Block as a partner with the environmental and workplace health and safety practice in Chicago, the firm said Thursday.
Sebor works on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, financings, and securities offerings, helping buyers, sellers, lenders, and borrowers, according to Jenner & Block.
She advises clients on environmental aspects of renewable energy transactions as well as clients dealing with environmental enforcement actions from government agencies and in private party litigation involving contaminated properties, Jenner & Block said.
