Jenner Brings in Ex-DOJ Fraud Section Chief Leon as DC Partner

Glenn Leon, who led the Justice Department’s fraud section in the Biden administration, is joining Jenner & Block as partner in Washington, DC, the firm announced Thursday.

Leon was DOJ’s fraud section chief for more than two years before being reassigned in March 2025, part of a wider shakeup after President Donald Trump returned to the White House. He previously worked as an in-house lawyer for Hewlett Packard.

Leon’s practice focuses on corporate criminal investigations, including healthcare fraud, commodities, securities, procurement fraud and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act enforcement. He advises companies on anti-corruption and FCPA compliance, securities and accounting ...
