Jeannette Rovira joined Seward & Kissel as a partner in its banking, payments, and fintech practice in Washington, DC, the firm said Tuesday.
Rovira has expertise in bank regulatory matters, developments in the payments ecosystem, and issues confronting fintechs engaged in banking-related activities. She will co-chair the banking, payments, and fintech practice with partner Casey Jennings, the firm said.
She joins from Goldman Sachs.
