Danny Nappier has joined Jackson Walker as a partner in the energy practice group in Dallas, the law firm said Wednesday.
Nappier focuses on the development, acquisition, and divestiture of projects and assets in addition to other commercial transactions across the energy spectrum, according to Jackson Walker.
He has experience with the upstream, midstream, downstream, and renewable sectors, Jackson Walker said.
