Jackson Lewis Recruits Cogbill as Principal in Silicon Valley

Karin Cogbill has joined Jackson Lewis PC as a principal in Silicon Valley, Calif., the firm said Monday.

Cogbill represents and counsels employers in employment matters, particularly in wage and hour litigation dealing with class, collective, and PAGA actions, according to Jackson Lewis.

She also investigates and responds to claims of harassment, discrimination and retaliation, ensures written policies and procedures are compliant, and advises on leaves of absence, requests for accommodation, and wage and hour compliance, Jackson Lewis said.
