Erika Barbara rejoined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its Sacramento office, the firm announced Monday.
Barbara’s practice focuses on advising employers on day-to-day compliance issues, preventive strategies and California-specific workplace requirements. She counsels on wage and hour compliance, leave and accommodation obligations, policy development, performance management and workforce strategies tailored to California’s regulatory environment, the firm said.
She rejoins from the California Chamber of Commerce.
