Jackson Lewis Hires Workplace Safety Principal in Philadelphia

Brad Kushner joined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its workplace safety and health practice in Philadelphia, the firm announced Friday.

Kushner focuses his practice on advising and defending employers in Occupational Safety and Health Act compliance, workplace safety investigations and litigation matters. He represents employers in labor and employment litigation matters, including claims brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, the firm said.

He joins from Stevens & Lee, according to his LinkedIn profile.
