Jackson Lewis Hires Michael Moffatt as Litigation Principal

Michael Moffatt joined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its Indianapolis office, the firm announced Monday.

Moffatt’s practice focuses on defending employers against employment-related claims, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, non-compete disputes, and Fair Labor Standards Act collective actions. He represents clients in jury and bench trials, agency hearings, and arbitrations, the firm said.

He joins from Littler Mendelson.
