Jackson Lewis Adds Ex-NLRB Chairman Kaplan to Labor Practice (1)

Marvin Kaplan, former chair of the National Labor Relations Board, has joined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its labor relations group in New York City.

Kaplan’s return to private practice, announced by the firm Monday, follows 18 years of public service in Congress, the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, and mostly recently at the NLRB.

Kaplan served as a board member from 2017 to 2025, including terms as chairman in 2017, 2018, and 2025.
