Jack D. Yamin, an insurance M&A and reinsurance attorney, has joined Kirkland & Ellis as a partner, the firm said Wednesday.
Yamin has particular experience dealing with corporate, securities, and regulatory matters in the insurance, reinsurance, and financial services industries, according to Kirkland. He represents public and private corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and other alternative asset managers.
He practiced as a partner in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin.
