Chad Pasternack has joined Kennedys as a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office, along with special counsel Kimberly Heifferman and associate Sara Ruiz, the firm said Wednesday.
Pasternack focuses on complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes and has experience representing insurers on high exposure commercial property claims.
