Insurance Giant Chubb Names New Global Litigation Leader

Chubb Ltd., a global insurer facing a range of legal issues stemming from the coronavirus pandemic, has appointed a new head of litigation.

David Subramanian, senior managing counsel and director of litigation for North America at Chubb, has been promoted to director of global litigation and investigations, said spokesman Jeffrey Zack.

Chubb’s appointment of Subramanian comes after the company elevated earlier this month former deputy general counsel and head of global litigation Nandini Mani to executive vice president of claims for overseas general insurance.
