Indianapolis-founded firm Ice Miller is opening a Miami outpost with three new hires, the firm announced Thursday.
“The Miami team brings an exciting new dimension of capabilities to our clients,” Ice Miller Chief Managing Partner Michael Millikan said in a statement. “They not only offer fresh and innovative legal insight, but also amplify our core strengths in dynamic new ways. Their presence in Miami aligns perfectly with our strategic growth objectives.”
The new office will house partners Jon Lyman and Gai Sher, who were previously at Greenspoon Marder. Lyman focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt financing and other corporate matters. ...
