IBM Prevails in Case Over A.I. Technology That Won on Jeopardy!

International Business Machines Corp. beat breach of contract claims brought by Nuance Communications Inc. that accused the computer technology giant of wrongfully withholding key data from the Watson AI program that defeated two all-time champions on Jeopardy!.
