Benjamin McMillen joined Jackson Lewis as a principal in its Kansas City office, the firm announced Monday.
McMillen focuses his practice on employment litigation and counseling and represents employers in state and federal courts. He advises management on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, terminations, compensation, noncompete agreements and workplace safety matters, and provides day-to-day counseling to help employers navigate complex workplace challenges, the firm said.
He joins from Husch Blackwell.
