Husch Blackwell Taps Fiduciary Litigation Partner Darla Gabbitas

Darla Gabbitas joined Husch Blackwell as a partner in its fiduciary litigation practice in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.

Gabbitas represents clients in trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitrations, the firm said. She has tried cases involving contested guardianships, defective trusts, undue influence in procuring trusts and wills, and complex business disputes involving overlapping duties among members of limited liability companies, family limited partnerships, general partnerships, and trustees of trusts.

She joins from Wick Phillips.
