Brian Potts and David Zoppo have joined Husch Blackwell as partners in the energy and natural resources industry group in the Madison, Wis., office, the firm announced Wednesday.
Potts represents companies in contested case hearings at the state and federal levels and has helped clients obtain regulatory approvals to build conventional power plants, transmission lines, wind farms, and solar facilities, according to Husch Blackwell.
Zoppo defends clients in administrative proceedings and contested case hearings at the state and federal levels in addition to counseling clients on compliance issues under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act, said the firm.
